2D and 3D Designer

2D/3D Interior Designer Experience: Minimum 2 years

CNC Operator

CNC Operator Experience: Minimum 2 years

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machinery and a strong understanding of woodworking processes. Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision-cut components for interior design projects. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to program CNC equipment accordingly. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with designers and project managers to understand project requirements. Monitor machine outputs to ensure quality standards and accuracy of produced components. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Work with various materials, including wood, MDF, and other substrates. Conduct quality checks on finished products and make adjustments as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC operation is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator in a woodworking or manufacturing environment. Proficient in reading technical drawings and understanding CNC programming. Familiarity with CNC software and control systems. Strong attention to detail and precision in executing tasks. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of safety procedures and practices related to CNC operation. 

Production Engineer

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in production engineering, preferably in the interior design or related industry. Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate production processes to ensure efficient workflow and timely project delivery. Collaborate with the design team to understand project specifications and requirements. Develop and implement production schedules, considering resource availability and project timelines. Optimize production processes for cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely completion. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to design and industry standards. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly. Work closely with suppliers to ensure the timely availability of materials and components. Collaborate with the CNC operators, craftsmen, and other production staff to ensure seamless coordination. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in the interior design or related industry. Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and project management. Proficiency in using production planning software and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively. Knowledge of safety protocols and industry regulations.
