We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Production Engineer to join our dynamic interior design team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in production engineering, preferably in the interior design or related industry. 

Responsibilities: 

• Plan and coordinate production processes to ensure efficient workflow and timely project delivery. 
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project specifications and requirements. 
• Develop and implement production schedules, considering resource availability and project timelines. 
• Optimize production processes for cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely completion. 
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to design and industry standards. 
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly. 
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure the timely availability of materials and components. 
• Collaborate with the CNC operators, craftsmen, and other production staff to ensure seamless coordination. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in the interior design or related industry. 
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and project management. 
• Proficiency in using production planning software and tools. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively. 
• Knowledge of safety protocols and industry regulations.
