We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machinery and a strong understanding of woodworking processes. 

Responsibilities: 

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision-cut components for interior design projects. 
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to program CNC equipment accordingly. 
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance. 
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to understand project requirements. 
• Monitor machine outputs to ensure quality standards and accuracy of produced components. 
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. 
• Work with various materials, including wood, MDF, and other substrates. 
• Conduct quality checks on finished products and make adjustments as needed. 

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC operation is a plus. 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator in a woodworking or manufacturing environment. 
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and understanding CNC programming. 
• Familiarity with CNC software and control systems. 
• Strong attention to detail and precision in executing tasks. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
• Knowledge of safety procedures and practices related to CNC operation.
