We are seeking a skilled and creative Interior Architect with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in interior design, space planning, and project management. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and space plans for client approval. 
• Create detailed interior architectural drawings, including furniture layouts, lighting plans, and material specifications. 
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of design projects. 
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into design concepts. 
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. 
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide on-site guidance. 
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and furniture. 
• Oversee the installation of designed spaces and ensure they meet quality standards. 
• Mentor and guide junior team members as needed. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in interior architecture. 
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. 
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently. 
• A portfolio showcasing past interior architecture projects.
